When purchasing or enrolling for a course on GirlsOnWP.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Account Access

Your purchase of an e-course grants your personal site account access to view the materials. Each account is for one single person. You may not sub-license, transfer, sell, re-assign, or share your access to the #GirlsOnWP website with any third party without our prior written approval. Any attempt to do so will be considered a breach of these terms and we may cancel your account and remove any and all access to your purchased e-courses, with no refund given.

Support

You will have access to help and support as you work through the course. In order to be eligible, you must have purchased the course. I will not provide support if you’ve been refunded for your purchase.

Support is provided through a form and email to girlsonwp@nosegraze.com only. Support is not offered through social media sites, telephone, etc.

The scope of support includes:

• Understanding the course material.
• Directly applying the course material to a related project.

Support is not provided for topics that are not covered in the course.

Copyright & License

Unless stated otherwise, all content added to the #GirlsOnWP website and course lessons is copyrighted to Nose Graze Limited.

When purchasing an e-course, you are given a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited and revocable license to use the course lessons and materials.

You may download, save, or print these materials for your own personal use or reference. You may not copy, share, or redistribute those materials with any third parties. Nor may you create an unauthorized derivative work.

Refunds

All courses come with a 14-day money back guarantee. You may request a refund provided you meet the following criteria:

1. It’s been 14 days or less since you purchased the course. (Or, if your purchase was a pre-order, then it’s been 14 days or less since the launch of the course.)
2. You completed all lessons.
3. If you had a difficult time understanding the material, you contacted #GirlsOnWP support for assistance.

If you completed all of the above, but still feel the course hasn’t benefited you, then you may request a full refund.

Note that no refunds will be given if you simply decided that you no longer wanted the course or don’t feel like completing the lessons.

Disclaimer

We do not promise any specific results from the use of website or course materials. There is no guarantee that you will make a certain amount of money, or obtain a certain degree of knowledge, or be eligible for specific job postings/positions, etc.

We cannot guarantee that the website or course materials will be accessible at all times or locations. We will do our best to maintain uptime, but you agree that there may be times of inaccessibility.

Furthermore, while some courses may be listed as “evergreen” or “lifetime access”, we cannot guarantee that the course will be available for the duration of your lifetime. “Lifetime” refers to the lifetime of the product and we reserve the right to bring the materials down if we choose to end the product’s lifecycle.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the law of England and Wales, and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
